These two have very special connection.

They care for each other. True friendship from the first day! I wrote on Steemit more than two months ago about their first meeting. While our families were in panic about bringing the child to a house dog, my wife and I knew that all will be great. When you get a child, people say that you are blessed. But you can also be blessed with a good, caring dog!

My wife and I put a lot of efforts last five years to raise this dog properly.

But Ria (it's she) already had a good heart and it wasn't hard to work with her. Children of our friends @alktoni and @big.mama played the major role for Ria to accept the children. Of course that the dog will follow the child if the child has a cookie in hand, a dog hopes that the child will drop the cookie... but there is something more! Ria is definitely more than a dog who does everything for food. She is gentle and reasonable. Since we got a baby, she tries to avoid barking and making noises. We have a cat also, but the cat is different. The cat wasn't so nice when we introduced the baby to her, but she runs away when the baby is awake, so I guess the cat is harmless.

I trained my dog by myself (I still do) with love and patience.

People around say that I did a pretty good job. When my wife was pregnant, Ria was her nurse, her guardian, her alarm clock, her companion while I was on my job.
Our baby has two months now and she smiles, looks and starts to realize the world around her. And guess what: she can't stop looking at Ria! Sometimes baby becomes nervous when she doesn't see Ria! So we had to carry baby around our apartment to follow Ria and the baby was happy.

Pets make babies stronger, healthier and develop their immune system. But still, you can't leave them alone without any supervision. Thank you!
