"Slay Mama" changed my life, says Richking

Prince Darlington Onyemaechi, better known as Richking, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entertainer.Richking was born in the
city of Minna, Niger State, Nigeria.

At age two, he
moved with his family to Enugu, Nigeria. While residing in Enugu, he
attended Ekulu Primary school, he also attended Dinop international school in Kano state.He got admission into Bayero University to study Estate management,
but then he couldn't really continue because of some
financial constraint at the time.

In 2006, he began writing Rap songs and started
performing them at social events held at his school.
It was not until 2010 that he began going to
studios to record. In 2011, he got together with a
couple of friends and formed a group called the
"Vicrown Souljas". 

They had few performances as a
group and split a year later. In 2013 he
connected with Phantom Ruby, Lindsey,
Eve, and together they became what is now
known today as the "Crazy Youngstars".

In 2018 Richking released his debut single
"Slay Mama", which received radio airplay in Port Harcourt, Enugu, and Anambra.
