the #dominoeffect of smiling

Well, ..deep inside my heart I have always known that there was more to life than just being famous and fabulous. Even though I have read many statistics that claims that people with pretty looks - more easily obtain the things and experiences they aim for, it has not helped me yet! ;D 

Well, I will just have to go with the good old “send out smiles and it will return in thousandfold to you” kind of tactic. Usually it works in my private life. We all know how it is to have a "bad mood day". Just reading the headlines in the news sometimes makes me wanna sing Blue Moon for the rest of the day. My boyfriend discovering the dishes that I left and forgot in the sink yesterday and sending me that look saying: NOT AGAIN!! is not helping the situation either. But I have been so blessed in my childhood to have a fantastic grandma that taught me, that what ever life throws of utter darkness in one's direction, you can hold up the “pyt”-shield ("don't worry be happy"-shield) that makes all the depressing and antisocial energy vanish into beautiful butterflies that raises to the sky. If you then top that experience with the wild card: “sends out smiles, true love and affection” then PUFF...your day just got a whole lot better. 

Not EVERY one will respond too you with a positive smile back. Those that have decided, today is a crappy day, will see the signs of doomsday written in every puddle they pass by.  But the ones searching, for something that can cheer them up. They will send you an even greater smile back than you presented to them, and voila - you have a Domino Effect and a great chance of having a more cheerful day ahead of you :) Even on sad days a comforting smile can mean the world to someone!

I know. - its old news - but don’t we all have to be reminded sometimes that a simple smile to others can make all the difference??
