#Day 7: My weight-loss journey
Hello steemians!
I made a few different kind of fruits for my breakfast meal, which provide more nutrition variation. Besides that, I had oat milk and a boiled egg as usual.
For lunch, I ate boiled catfish with pickled lettuce and celery. The soup is made of tomatoes, mushrooms and sweet potato noodles.
I had whole grain rice at dinner.
