#Day 8: My weight-loss journey
Hello steemians!
Here are my healthy breakfast, hot oatmeal and a plate of varied fruits-mix with blueberries, oranges, apples.
For lunch, I made chicken soup and added carrots and mushrooms into it. I think it is a good idea to add what you like to create your own custom soup. The sides are boiled zucchini and butter squash which is my favorite.
