If there is one thing that is true for all human beings, its that longing desire to be liked. We all want to get attention, whether it is from our family, our peers, or maybe even that special someone! (wink wink)

That's great. But through my recent experiences, Iv'e learned that one good friend can be as good as all the friends in the world.

Going through seventh grade, I never would have made it if it weren't for one of my favorite people: Logan. This person not only helped make survive seventh grade, but helped me thrive in it as well. We met one day in PE, and after that we were pretty much inseparable. We saw each other whenever we could, and did everything together (to the best of our ability). He even itroduced me to some of the other people he was friends with, which made ti even better.

The Only problem was, he was one grade ahead of me. So while he was going to high school, I was stuck here in eight grade, with only about 1/4 of the friends he introduced me to. Nevertheless, we still keep in touch, and I look forward to the day I see him again in person, along with the other 3/4 of people.

So if you feel like not a lot of people like you, or if you are feeling like a nobody, don't get discouraged. Sometimes you just have to find that one person in your life to plunge you into a group of people you never thought you would meet before.

As always, thank you for reading my post. If you agree with me or if this post helped you, don't forget to up vote, promote, follow or comment, and I will do the same to you. Just keep writing!

I agree completely with you. You will find as you get older that your one good friend is just as valuable, reliable and special as your own family (or possibly even more valuable at times). Good post, it sounds like you have a true best friend.
