Physical exercise powerfully reduces stress levels.
Dopamine is released, this hormone is practically the one that makes us feel good, causing a great repairing effect on our body and mind.
Strengthens and stimulates the growth of neurons and the preservation of existing ones.
The quality of attention, comprehension and listening is improved, notably improving the cognitive capacity.
In conclusion, physical training is a great ally for mental health, which is why it should be done often and guide our families to do it, to combat the difficult mental illnesses such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
When physical activities are engraved into the brain function, the brains are tasked to ensure the safeness of the whole body during the exercise hence staying active and engaged.
