Good physical and mental fitness is essential to
memorizing

Sleeping well is essential to memorize and for a good
brain function. Lack of sleep is associated with fatigue
which generates a memory defect and a lack of concentration.

For memory: Consume eggs and oily fish (sardines,
mackerel, ...), rich in essential fatty acids such as omega 3.

For performance: Hydrate yourself by drinking enough water:
Tea and coffee can also be eaten "without excess".

Research the most productive learning method for you and do not abuse
no research on the net.
· Every evening, take the lessons of the day, read them again and begin
to make synthetic sheets.
· Every weekend, take your lessons to continue preparing your
synthetic sheets.
· Take regular breaks to avoid overloading your brain:
Oxygenate while walking or walking for a few
minutes.
Adopt your learning method: Reading silently or aloud,
rewriting, repetition or sound recording.
Know that re-reading your cards is a quick way to put yourself in the

Do not fall into excess!

Do not stay locked up all year with your books for fear of missing your

· Know that memory is more effective in the morning after a good sleep.
· Know that you learn a lot better when you're relaxed.
· Consumes foods that contain magnesium, known for its
natural properties, anti-stress and anti-fatigue.
· Know that the brain is the organ that needs oxygen most
glucose.

· Consumes foods high in magnesium, vitamin C, and vitamin
B6, and drink a lot of water.
· Oxygenate while walking or playing sports. Stimulate your body
and your mind by the light of the Sun! Natural light is
important.
