I am creating this blog in order to show you my passion, which is meant to be real estate investing! Today, I am going to cover a question about myself - Why do I personally invest in real estate? I think it is a good topic to write about since it could or maybe it should influence you as well!

To be honest, I invest in properties just because it fullfils me a lot! Nothing feels better than giving somebody beautiful space to live in, in many cases straight after the reconstruction or so. I do not invest just to make money. It is so narrowminded and if you do something just to make money, you are going to fail - and if not? You are never going to be fullfiled or happy in your life!

Another reason I invest is that I love meeting new people, my tenants. They sometimes can become my friends or business partners or I don't know what else.

The life we are living is just about contacts. SO CREATE SOME! TODAY! TOMORROW! Let's do it.

Last thing I invest in real estate is a reason that I want to create something big, not only make money, but truly create something with real value, with real power!
