A woman in Ayurveda is also regarded as the first teacher of a child. Each step of the child's proper development directly depends on the physical and spiritual health of the mother.

As a rule, the well-being of the child and the woman is born before the formation of the fetus in the womb of the mother. Conception of a healthy child is the result of the fusion of a healthy man and a healthy woman at the right time and in the right way.

In the concept of Ayurveda, care for newborn children is very important. The warmth given to a newborn child remains with him for life. Proper care and care in the first days of life ensures the healthy development of the child and its formation as a person useful to society.
