Halloween - Military Soldier workout

Back as a Military Soldier..!!!

This Halloween Heba chose to dress and train like a military soldier, in tribute to the military.

We support them for everything they have done do gain the freedom we also have.

Spent only a few hours training in real Military gear, and she was hurting..!!!!

The boots and chest rig are heavy on their own, not even including the ruck sack she carried for 2 miles..
Much respect to all Military personnel, for their selfless service and personal courage - We strive to be as strong as you guys..!!!
