It's been one of THOSE days!
Do you ever feel this way?
I think when you work in a "seasonal industry", although you are mentally and physically prepared for the season to start, once it starts, it hits you like a train. I feel absolutely drained.
I'm totally aware that we make a big bulk of our yearly income in the summer and that is the movitation that keeps me going but some days I really do want to just say "you know what, the hell with it all! What do I want money for anyway?!"
Then the reality sets in and says to me:
you have a child that you need to provide for
you have employees that you need to provide for
- you have clients that count on you
And at that point I just go "oh sod it I just keep at it!" and I keep smiling.
Going ghost is not an easy decision to take especially considering the responsibilities one is saddled with. You just have to forge ahead.
OMG - Looks awesome. Where are you based? Hope you have a good season and the opportunity to R-E-L-A-X when it's all over. 👻
Thank you @cyclingchef. We're in Marbella Spain. You should come down and visit!
Defo, we love cycling in Spain. We cycled the white villages of Andalusia a few years ago and it was fabulous. Great weather, great hills, lovely people and fantastic food. What's not to like?
hey @fitnessgirl, if you were not so influential in so many peoples lives then all of your problems would go way (well, not really).
But so would your ability to impact them. Keep pressing forward! Keep up the good work! Started following!
Thank you @sumatranate. Following u too

Before responsibilities I did ghost out quite often. Perspective is definitely key, looks like you've got it handled. Check out tony robbins. He has some effective strategies too.
Thank you @iamron
I feel like this every now and then. Sometimes a bit of "me" time is good for the soul (not easy to make it happen though...)
No not easy at all. Before I had a child I used my looooong showers as my me time. Now she wants to join in 😖 so there goes my time 😂
