But in general, it has become very difficult for us to control our emotions. The biggest reason is that there is a lot of data that is transmitted inside the brain. The brain is trying to control all this data flow. However, during this control, sudden changes can be seen in our mood.

What I mentioned above seems like a kind of disease, but not actually. But we can say that this situation is an important problem for people. The sudden changes of emotions in our lives make our lives difficult. One day we live very happily, another day we can be in a depressed mood. If you can take control of your emotions, life becomes easier for you.

In fact, it is a very difficult subject, but I believe that in the life we live, people can do anything with the power they have. If we want to achieve this, we have to follow some of the rules we will apply ourselves.

First of all, We must be patient, and according to an old saying, "patience is the greatest virtue." Ambition is one of the strongest emotions that should be kept under control for us. An overly ambitious person wants everything to make it happen as fast as possible. Sometimes there is nothing that he cannot do to realize these requests. But it doesn't make you feel happy to feel anything easily and quickly. You only get defeated by your own feelings. So if you don't want to be in a deception, then you'll have to look for and feel the right emotion. One of the rules is to be patient.

It takes time and effort to reach a goal. As long as you continue to work for a goal, your brain will continue to work. As a result, the brain secretes a happiness hormone. In fact, patience is all of these processes. So no matter what he does, a patience man is a happy man and he starts to take control of his emotions.

One of the most important rules we need to implement is to analyze the outside information correctly. We are particularly impressed by what we see on social media. Sometimes we take care of the lives of the people there and want to live like them. Sometimes we get angry because of a small article or video. All this negatively affects our mental state. The second job is to get rid of these feelings. The best way would be to get away from there when you start to feel these emotions. For example, you are reading an article and encouraging you to be rich, which in turn increases your sense of ambition. It would be better for you not to read or close that page.

Maybe what I said above may be perceived as escaping from the events around us. In fact, what you need to do here is to change your focus and focus on what's good for you. Because the most important thing we need to do in this difficult life is to feel happy and peaceful. This is both difficult and simple to do. The only two methods I've mentioned to you above. But all of this is a range of methods that are used to guide your own good feelings towards you. If you can turn your focus into the direction that will feel good to your feelings and continue to live in that way, there will not be much more to do.

i worked with meditation for one year. Nowadays i can not working again. But meditation technics are quite helpful to manage and control in your self energy.

if you focus on your energy and you can collect energy in your hands, you can even use it for healing techniques.

Absouletly, we aren't generally care our soul, we are only thinking own body, But for health we have to heal own soul, not only body

Edit: The meditation work I did for a year changed my perspective on life. I have less worry and stress than in the past.

How long did you meditate every day? With what means? Guided or free meditation?

i was meditating for 15-20 minutes after woke up before sunrise. i was closing my eyes and focused my pineal gland point. At the same time, with my hands focused my energy and breath.

no guided, only myself:)

I do s few different ones but this one I do EVERY morning -takes just 15 mins and is an AWESOME guided meditation - I highly recommend as I have been doing for many years now xxxxx

Indeed, this article is a pure content. I would like to add here:-
Sometimes we are not angry at anyone but it becomes our way to let our frustrations out by this mean.

We are not happy with the way we are leading life and it affects our mood, in result we might get angry on our kids, friends and siblings.

When we are weak, we need a push. We feel helplessness and we react on everything around us. The only way is through consciousness.

Meditation is one of the ways to bring back our consciousness. It is the simplest of all.
