Yes! I absolutely agree with your write up about A Gender Wage Gap.
In INDIA also, Women are generally paid less than men. And, why this is? Because of the Generation Gaps and Age Differences. But this situation will surely get change after 10 years. You'll see the almost equal payout b/w men and women. Thus, our society will become the most happiest one!
