CUPPING THERAPY

Bruises on my back after a cupping therapy session.

On January, I had to go to physiotherapist because my back and my neck hurt a lot. This was not the first time I went to a specialist, but this time I wanted to be sure that my back would be properly healed. I was so tired of this pain! We get used to it and we live with it every single day, but that's not a normal thing to live with.

This new physiotherapist proposed to treat me with cupping ventouse. This was the beginning of a new life for me. The photo above shows my skin after an appointment. This is impressive but it is really really effective.

Now, I use them every single week. I bought my own cups on amazon (those : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01HMIYLS4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

My back feels great and a new life has begun for me. I can stand multiple hours without feeling any pain. This might not seems like much, but this is something I'm not used to.

I would like to tell you so much more about cupping therapy, but my english skills are still a little bit low. I'll practice it and come back later to tell you more if you haven't been convinced yet.
