actually bread is a pretty poor choice of fuel, too much oxidative stress, especially if we are carbohydrate intolerant ie diabetic. better than starving though.

if your still young, you may come to learn that you don't need to follow anyone, trust yourself, you may find that you are a really kind and loving person even without anyone to tell you what that is supposed to look like.
