DAY 17 | P90X - CARDIO X
Needed a change of pace today. Instead of doing Shoulders & Arms, I decided to do Cardio X. This workout is about 50 minutes with good warmup and cooldown. It includes yoga, kenpo, plymetrics, and some core work. Love it today! Feeling accomplished!
