Getting up to speed on Gut bacteria and it's affects on health!

Goodday steemit, over the past year or so I've started learning about gut bacteria and the gut biom brain connection.
There are trillions of bacteria in your gut, and we've recently learned that this has a big impact on health and mood.
The important thing is to have a balanced gut. Good bacteria can help aid in digestion, vitamin manufacturment, and strengthening the immune system.

-Gut flora (gut microbiota, or gastrointestinal microbiota) is the complex community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tracts of humans and other animals, including insects.

Here's how to know if you might be suffering from an unbalanced gut (which affects a lot of people in the west because of food qualities and standards):
Gas, Bloating, Acid reflux, Diarrhea, Constipation, IBS, Depression, Anxiety, Brain fog, OCD, Autism
Previous use of antibiotis (which devastate the gut biom)
Chronic stress
Skin condition

Here's how to easily begin balancing your gut and getting yourself on a road to a better, healthier and more capable you
Try to avoid foods that cause the introduction of bad bacteria:
Like grain, Sugar, and Unhealthy oils
Which have there own bacteria that have negative affects on the body and can actually cause more cravings for foods containing these bacteria.

Also watch out for:
advil and ibuprofen abuse, Antibiotics, And pesticides

Introduce healthy bacteria into your gut!:
Try to eat more fermented foods which are full of rich nutritional flora:
Kinmchi, Sauer kraft, Fermented fruits and vegetables
Non pasteurized yogurt cheese and kefir.

This is one of the easiest and fastest ways to change the content of your gut biom.
