Find your free will!
I believe in free will but I also don't think we are expressing it very well. Most of us go through life in a programmed state just doing as we're told and this is useful to an extent. It helps us interact and fit in but it also takes a lot of our choices away by forcing and influencing us in the same direction as the crowd.
Once we question our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs and gain a higher understanding of ourselves, the world, and others, we can start to express a more true free will.
