A Quick and Dirty Guide to Maintain a High Vibration

A high vibration is a state of being that we can achieve with the choices we make in our daily lives. I compiled a tried and true list of what it takes to raise my vibration.

  1. See the light. Be optimistic.
  2. Remain neutral and objective in divisive situations.
  3. Reprogram your mind with positive affirmations.
  4. Do things that truly make you happy.
  5. Surround yourself with people you love.
  6. Fuel your body with pure, alkaline water.
  7. Nourish your body with healthy food.
  8. Commune with nature. Cuddle with animals.
  9. Listen to quality music that lifts your soul.
  10. Find a way to work for yourself.
  11. Take some time in solitude - meditate, relax.
  12. Be grateful of what you have.
  13. Forgive easily.
  14. Make self-care a priority.
  15. Establish healthy boundaries.
  16. Exercise outdoors - dance, yoga, run, swim.
  17. Be aware of your self-limiting beliefs.
  18. Watch and read materials that are mind-expanding.
  19. Involve yourself with a like-minded community.
  20. Laugh.
  21. Choose to be in service to others.
  22. Learn to accept instead of judge.
  23. Cultivate healthy relationships.
  24. Be present.
  25. Be mindful of how you spend your energy.
  26. Breathe.

Excellent list. I do a gratitude list every morning before I get out of bed. I also do 20 minutes of meditation every day. I'm pretty sure those two practices were a big part of what kept me alive through depression.

While service to others is the gold standard in consciousness for moving through ego, there is something that raises vibraiton more quickly. Being of 'service' to the light, the Infinite... in whatever way you want to approach or name that Source. Love your list!
