Road to 90Kg - My diet - Day 0

Here I am, I have took the very difficult decision to lose some weight.
It is pretty difficult for me as I love to eat. I eat constantly. Whatever is my mood is always a mood that justifies me to eat.
I have decided to say STOP!
I am 183 (6feet) tall and I am currently 105Kg (231pound). I don't look FAT, as I am big with strong arms and legs.
The extra kilos are all in the abdomen.

I have decided that the step #1 is going to go down to 90kg (198pound) by the end of the year.
This means 3kg on average per month. Not too difficult, at least in theory.

I am planning to get there with some simple rules:

  • Gym 3/4 times per week (with around 20mins of cardio and some exercises to keep my legs, shoulder and arms strong and toned)
  • Eat ONLY fruit and vegetables for 2 days a week
  • Avoid any kind of extra food outside the 3 meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
  • Avoid pasta and bread (for an italian guy is not that easy). I might eat it max twice in a month

Is anybody following me? Maybe we can help each other comparing results, sharing feelings, suggestions, ecc...
