It has come to my notice that after our president in his speech acknowledged that some of us are lazy....

In correcting this

All Federal university tuition fee is assent by to be free.......

Please do not be deceived by this for the university will always create an avenue or mold a new name for such payments ..........the school fee still remains the same......
