Diversify your speech
The words you use to describe yourself are emotional triggers that significantly affect the state of mind and actions in each situation. These words create either positive expectations, or limiting and negative beliefs.
Thoughts are a terrible tool that can give a person everything, or can keep him to the end of life
Compare yourself with yourself
Comparison is the basic thought process. Therefore, by the way, having gained popularity in popular psychology advice that one can not compare himself to anyone, is incorrect. It is necessary to do this, only correctly.
For example, comparing yourself with others is useful in a competitive, yet friendly, environment. You do not need to feel worthless if you do not get victory.
Develop awareness;
The reason why we are so overwhelmed with negative thoughts is that each of us has a heap of unrealized expectations that weigh heavily on the shoulders.
When you are in a negative mood, you condone the past, experiencing discontent, regret and anger. Or focus on the future, filled with fear, anxiety and insecurity.
