Today everybody is having a busy life full of workload and other pressures, even young children these days have pressure regarding their scores and careers. Most of our day is spent within four walls and thus we are loosing sync with nature and these things are causing an increase in stress and anxiety and other problems....
Thus here are some simple ways to get over these problems naturally without adding to any extra cost BUT yes requires some time management from your side.....

Wake up before sunrise everyday . Yes, be an early bird.

Get ready to go out in fresh air Let your body feel cold and fresh
morning air for 2-3 minutes and take deep breaths.

These days it's only early morning time which is free from any pollution and disturbance.

Just relax while taking deep breath, feel the energy that's getting inside you.
Take an open sky view for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy the scenery. This will make you happy and positive.

Now you can get back to your routine, following this schedule for few will make you notice the changes in your life.

And yes automatically you'll start going to bed earlier than before and your schedule is now a healthy one.

Beside these steps develop good eating habits, drink good quantity of water
