Overcome worries-A therapy

The main reason of falling into the depression is thinking about yiu problems and worries. Why you think too much? It's uncontrollable. You can't control or stop what are thinking. But you can extract some positive our of your negative thinking.

It's all about controlling your thoughts to overcome your worries.

Start this therapy by sitting in cool, calm and noise-free place where you have no one to disturb you.
First you have to ponder over the main idea behind your negative thinking.
Ask these questions to yourself.

Why are you worried?
You'll answer it by mentioning your problem.
Then ask again
Does this problem occur only with you?
Definitely you'll answer with 'No'. Because there are many people out there who would be having the same problem.

Now ask again
Can this problem be solved?
You'll answer it with 'yes' but how?
If the problem can be solved then you don't have to worry about it. You have to think about it's solution right?

Now think again
Is there any positivity?
Your problem might be even worst than it is right now but it isn't. right? Thank your God for this blessing.

Now you'll feel a bit satisfied. It's time you start thinking about your problem's solution.

Your problem is nothing as compared to a number of people who are having massive tragedies in their lives. Just find out the possible solutions, work on them and leave the result on the God. He will do better for you.
