THEN, FRIENDS ARRIVE WITH MORE AND MORE STUPIDLY HOT BEER CANS. HOW DO WE COOL THEM?

WATER INCREASES THE CONTACT SURFACE, SALT REDUCES ICE FUSION TEMPERATURE (IT TAKES MORE TO MELT) AND BY A CHEMICAL REACTION, THE ALCOHOL WITHDRAWS THE HEAT OF THE MIXTURE.

THIS LIQUID IS SOMETIMES CALL "REFRIGERANT MIX" : ICE, ALCOHOL, SALT AND WATER
