I'd definitely not risk it! After hearing a lot of news about North Korea. I think it's not worth it. -Unless you live only for your reason of entering that country.
Exactly, there's always different situation where you really can't avoid. In that case, it's not up to us, want or not. But just merely a choice to go with it.
