The best things in life are not materialistic, the latest phone, the biggest house etc. You might garner a little happiness out of them, but it won't last long before the next big thing happens, or you get bored and want something else.

On the other hand, memorable experiences, kindness and making people smile can make your heart smile a lot longer and are still valuable gifts all the same and is something that you can do every day to feel good and have real purpose.
