For Love of my Role

Hello Everyone.

So I have been working in a call center for 11 years now. I can say its not an easy job to do and to keep. You are always being monitored of your performance. I can say I was able to handle pressure and stress from work. Out of those 11 years, I am a team leader for 8 years. So how did I manage stress and pressure from work. I guess these photos below would explain why. These are the teams that I handle for those 8 years that I was a team leader. Being a leader is never an easy role to do. You have a bigger responsibility on your role. The fun and intresting part about it is you get to touch on peoples lives. These people that work for you everyday. These people you get to hang out with. Eat lunch, dinner and breakfast with. Going on a videoke night and just having fun. You don’t get to remember those pressure, stats and deadlines but fun times. Those are things that you will always remember. These are just some of the photos which I consider portraits of my team that I can share with you and in which there are still more to come.
