Sportbike Ride at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway
This is a ride around Chuckwalla Valley Raceway CVR located at Desert Center, California. This was my son's first ride there. They run 3 groups there, A, B and C with A being the expert riders and C being the beginners. Anyone can purchase a ticket for any group but it really is no fun to ride in a group where you don't have the skills and cannot keep up with the group of riders. Please enjoy the following video of laps around the Chuckwalla track.
At 2:42 my son was so concentrating on the track that he forgot to shift for a few seconds. He was still in first gear, doing 100mph and you hear the engine cut out which is the rev limiter to stop from over reving, rpms and blowing your motor. He heard it and then shifted to second. It takes awhile to learn the turns and the track so you know what is coming up. Attending one track day greatly increases your riding skills as you get faster with every lap you do. It is just you, your bike and the road to get faster and faster against yourself. There are many mentors at the track that help with hints to improve your riding. Thanks for watching and enjoy your ride!
Great place for honing riding skills. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
You can go as fast as you want and practice, practice, practice. Many riders stop speeding on the street after attending a track day. It is the safe place to practice. 🏍
Boy what a great thing to have available!
It is the proper safe place to practice. Everyone gets buzzed and wants to go again and again after a track day. Only hold back is the price about $250 to $300 for a track day ticket.
Vrooooommmmmm!!!!!
Exactly right danmcc. Lots of riders vroooming around the track.
COOL
Thanks Jessie. My son has a great time at every track day that he attends.
Feels like I'm in a racing computer game!
The MotoGP racing games are a lot of fun. Especially the ones with video from live races. 🏍
