I think the only way the mind can perform optimally is if the body is taken care of. The two are explicitly linked. One can not succeed to its fullest potential if the other is lacking.

To take care of the body is to take care of the mind, undoubtedly, and I'm glad to see others share this perspective.

Probably the greatest strain on the health care system are diseases amplified by the sedentary lifestyles we lead. We're supposed to move, not just exercise but to play and use our bodies to manipulate our physical environment.
