  • To be a kid is challenging. We have to face out fear to go to the dentist. We have to do our annoying homework. Stay awake when we are alone in house and anything else. But then, to be a teenager is confusing.
  • We argue with our parents. Our heart is broken because the wrong person and stuff. But, after all this time, to be an adult is a stress. It’s the worst. We have to wake up every day to make money, catch the deadline and compete with others.
  • We are under pressure. As we know that stress can do a lot. It can lead us to experience depression. So, we have to overcome it. First, you can download an application for meditation. It includes nature music, lullaby to sleep, and a toolkit to mediate.
  • Second, exercise regularly. I prove it by myself that light exercise can help a lot. Third, find someone to talk. Don’t cut yourself from anybody else even though you don’t feel like talking. Fourth, read motivational book. Find the good one and try to read a page a day. If you are feeling like you are stressed. Don’t feed it. Don’t make it worse and just try to heal yourself.
