The story of two friends that got lost
One sunny day, two men took a stroll along a clumsy neighborhood when they suddenly realized they had gone too far from their base and had lost their way.
Friendship is about trust
One of the men was tall and blind, the other had a magnetic brain but was cripple.
The neighborhood they got lost in was a notorious one, and belonged to the opposing camp.
The men realized that if they fell into the wrong hands, they could be sold off to hands of slave traders or even outrightly killed. So they needed to get out of there as soon as possible and get back home before dusk.
An idea occurred to them.
The tall man lifted the short man and placed him over his shoulder. The short man, with the help of sun's imaginary compass, figured out the direction through which they originally came. He told the tall man where to walk and the direction to head. With his long legs, the tall man walked as briskly as possible until they both safely arrived at home!
When life blindfolds us, friends help us see the sun
That’s what friendship means to me; Making up for each other’s shortcoming! Bringing to the table what the other person lacks and together forming a team that helps each other get better.
Friends are the reason our world is beautiful.
What other lessons can we learn from the short story?

This is good.
I also learnt to make friends with people that complement my shortcomings. Imagine if short man has only kept as friends those as short as him? What would have happened to them when they were lost?
Also, it is important to acknowledge our individual uniqueness and leverage on eachother's strengths and weaknesses.
Quote instructive. Thanks babe
