Get Motivated! My Reminders 3

Every great day comes with some disappointment. I feel I can forget how life comes with these moments, so I need to remind myself that this is part of my life. We've all felt setbacks and failures - and by now, I hope you know you can't get around those when they happen. Pain will come with joy and that's fine! I feel I also learn some of the same lessons I learned years ago, so I can never learn enough!!! This is just my list of reminders and lessons learned this week.

I gotta remember ...

  • If I gotta do something uncomfortable, might as well wear something that's comfortable!!! Simple, but so true.
  • Be creative! It's not black, it's raven. It's not red, it's cardinal.
  • Distractions always exist; it's up to me to identify what they are and wipe them out.
  • Happiness comes after action.
  • Fitness in the morning starts the day right.
  • Don't skip sleep. I may feel like I gotta stay up late sometimes, but I pay for it the next day with a groggy feeling. Sleep is a brain restart!
