Vitamin D to reduce the risk of cancer

Who wants to be victims of deadly disease? Everyone wants to keep themselves healthy as much as possible. But after all this, we have consumed many deadly diseases without knowing anything. One of the reasons behind this is that there is a shortage of material in our bodies, most of the people do not know. So, they do not need to meet any shortage, knowing they eat different food. However, our diet is the way to release our disease. So it is important to know it.

One recent information came out recently. It is known that the body helps in preventing Vitamin D cancers. It has been reported that Vitamin D works as a preventive agent for various types of cancer like breast, lung and urine.

Recently, 33 to 736 persons aged between 40 and 69 years were surveyed. Their daily diet and lifestyle are monitored. After some days their blood tests were done. Blood tests show how much vitamin D is in their body. After this, the diagnosis of cancer, which means age, weight, smoking and drinking, is given to all. At the end of the study, the risk of vitamin D has been found in the blood of those who have lost 20 percent of their breast, lungs and urine's cancer.
