Cherry Blossoms and the Fragility of Life
Japanese Cherry Blossoms represent the beauty and fragility of our lives. They bloom only once a year and only last a week or so before the wind knocks the blooms to the ground.
Thus is the ephemeral nature of life.
Sometimes it feels as though life is passing swiftly by while we search for purpose and fulfillment. For me, that satisfaction came when I finally gained an understanding of Christ and his role in my life. The trinity, represented here by a triangle, is the only way I was able to make sense of this fragile thing called life.
Jesus gives mine meaning.
Because of my relationship with Him, I can live wealthy (Psalms 112), I can love deeply (1Corinthians 13), and roam freely (Galations 5).
I designed this shirt as a reminder of His promise to me and of all the liberties I enjoy because of it. It also serves as a reminder of what I do and who I do it for.
Love always,
IndYah
