Talking to yourself
It means telling yourself how you should feel and how to react. Just say these words to yourself or out loud. This is the moment when you can stop an uncontrolled flow of thoughts and emotions and get on firm ground.
Ask yourself: "What's wrong? How to fix the situation? ». Perhaps the answer is "I must apologize" or "I must tell the truth."
Emotional mastery is achieved when you know how you want to think and act and what to feel. Only in the case of harmony can you become an integral personality without strong mental disorders. All this comes with practice and understanding, why all this is necessary.
Generate the emotions that you want to experience. If the mood is bad in the morning, do not expect that everything will pass by itself. It will not pass, it will only get worse. Sit in silence and talk to yourself. Find out what you care about and how to stop being nervous.
