Quickly unsubscribe from hundreds of mailing lists with a few clicks. There is no cost and it is an amazing web based tool.

Another free site with amazing email filters that can help you knock out tens of thousands of emails in no time. It is free for 2 months with an option to subscribe for a monthly fee.

I don't know how many hundreds of thousands of emails I have had in my days, but with these tools, I was able to zero in on the important emails and eliminate everything else. It is beautiful because overall I have a huge decline in incoming emails and I don't miss the important messages anymore. I am now down to Inbox Zero, and it is a relief compared to 60,000+ before I found these 2 awesome websites.

NOW LET'S TACKLE FACEBOOK MESSAGES
I felt flooded with 10 years of message history on FB. The FaceBook messenger doesn't really have any great tools to eliminate old messages. Luckily I located and utilized a Google Chrome Extension that will allow you to mass delete all of your messages.
