Steemit is - Pi!?

in #life7 years ago

I beleive you got in touch with Pi in school. If not, its not a problem. During my whole life I never got in contact with Pi in my daily life, except when I do my hobby design, meaning it’s not something you need to use normally.

Just because I am very interested in design, particular in furniture design, I got to know this Pi a long time ago. There was an architect and desiger at my work, and he seemed to like me, he tried to teach me about how to make design. I just loved it!

He told me about the “Golden ratio”. There is a mathematical “very simple” ratio between the length and the width.. I just learned what he told me, I didn’t understand actually the importance of what he told me at that time.

I borrowed this pict, good bless me.

I got to think about this when I recently joined Steemit.

You see,

The Golden ratio is not as simple and easy as I thought. I looked into it and I beleive it is a Steeemit!

I quote,
“The golden section is to be the most binding of all mathematical relationships and the key to the physics of the cosmos”.

‘This Golden number is, 1.61803399, and it is an irrational numbers with an infinite number of digits after the decimal point”.
This sounds nice right!?

The Greeks and Romans, Leonardi Da Vinci and so many else used it for theory building, painting and theoretical thinking, most import, you find it in nature..

I use it to decide the length and width of an object I like to do...

BUT, I’m VERY sure the masterminds behind Steemit is well aware of it too! Its a Steemit!

Thanks a lot!
