Time to change your Life – One Challenge at a time!
Life keeps throwing challenges at you and you have to take them up to measure your capabilities. Everybody gets different challenges and the scale may vary depending on every person’s life situation. However, if at any point, one starts feeling that life is getting stagnant and that its going way too smooth then you have to create challenges for yourself! Routine is almost hard to follow in the beginning but once you get used to of it, it might make you too comfortable with it and you might miss out on a lot of chances and opportunities that you could take up within that time frame.
There is no limit to learning something every day and there are thousands of options that you can choose from. Getting out of your comfort zone is the idea. Here are some of the challenges that you must take in life in order to discover your potential and to deal with life like a boss!
Try Something New:
Trying something new refers to getting your hands on a new experience or a new skill. You could explore your hobbies and start practising it to take it to the next level. You can also simply open up youtube and look for ideas to try with your own hands. The Internet has made it very easy to learn new skills to take advantage of it while you still can!
Get to know People:
A lot of the people are only comfortable in hanging around with the people with whom they’ve already found their comfort zone. However, one must always be willing to talk to people of different fields who have different ideas and knowledge to share. Challenge yourself to meet new people and discuss an idea you have been thinking about for a long time. Possibilities are that you will either indulge in a very deep conversation or you will simply talk and move on to the other. With every person. You do learn something. It's on you how you extract the material.
Set a Goal:
Set small goals every day that involves improvement in your life in every aspect. There are some life goals for which you plan your life, but here I'm talking about small everyday habits that you can develop to polish and groom yourself. Set a small goal every week and notice your progress at the end of every week. It will make you want to keep moving forward to achieve more and more in life.
Question your beliefs:
Everybody is made to believe in some principles during their early life and childhood in the home. When we start growing up, we realize a lot of things and start really thinking about them. It’s a good practice to question your own beliefs every now and then and set only the principles you truly believe in. it will help you build confidence in yourself, especially while stating your own opinion in a gathering. Not everybody has the guts to challenge and question their own beliefs. Make it a practice and you will find yourself in a much better place.
Realize your weakness and face your fears:
Everybody has a weakness and it's ok to have one. What not ok is to live with it. Once you know what your weakness is, try to work on it. Challenge yourself to face your fears, no matter how big or mall. It will give you confidence in yourself and make you grow every day.
Adopt a healthy Habit every day:
Following a healthy diet sounds like a challenge in today's world where junk food has taken over the street life. Every festival seems to revolve around food and every good food seems to have sugar or other unhealthy ingredients in it. However, adopting a healthy lifestyle is only a little difficult in the beginning but all you have to do it challenge yourself to cut down on one unhealthy ingredient every day. With time, you will find yourself being conscious of what you eat and that is what matters!
Read a book or watch documentaries:
It is very important to have an inspiration in life. One can find inspiration in not just people but books, natural systems and a lot of other things. Challenge yourself to finish a documentary or start reading a book every day that makes you think or that inspire you. There are a lot of forums online that could help you find meaningful material to go through in your free time.
Be open to criticism:
Let's face it, We all tend to get defensive when somebody criticizes us. Instead of focusing on the problem with us, we focus on why they’re wrong and why they shouldn’t be saying what they’re saying. We could actually be learning a lot from others instead of getting all defensive about it. It is equally important to not feel bad about it either. Criticism is meant to be taken positively and its never too late to work on it. Challenge yourself to hear criticism about you, your work and even your lifestyle. Of course, you don't have to listen to everything coming your way, but trust your loved ones and try working on it.
Once you start challenging yourself in life, pass on the same challenges to other people and let them know how its helped you so you become an inspiration to them and the cycles continue. Good luck!

Your perspective on life changes as you age because of the life experience you gained, which gives you more wisdom to view life at a different angle. As such, your goals change with the angle you used to perceive things in life. Change is a constant. That’s how a person grows and learns from life. No change is akin to little growth. Being stagnant is a danger to human evolution!
The trials in life are not meant to scare you. But, help you discover Who You are and how far you can go beyond yourself.
your post is good.
