Yesterday was a dark day in Kenya because there was a terror attack at Riverside drive. I was following the story in Social media and on live news completely devastated and trying to reach out to those people that I know. The area hosts many offices and the famous Dusit D2 hotel. As a person who frequents this area, I was devastated. As we were mourning as a country, New York times goes ahead to publish a very insensitive article showing photos pf the dead before even their family members were alerted.

People were very angry because the incoming East African editor was very rude and these are the developments on Social media. People are very angry.

This is how NY times responded to the images.

What really annoys me is that they have still not pulled down the article.

A school shooting where only injuries were witnessed is given much more air time than over a third world country attack where more than 20 people die and if there is any air time, only some seconds of the dead-so unremorseful international media

Oh its very sad
We shoul help to all poor people
And also help those people how need help

Boss Kenyans are not as poor as you think , I don't know your commentary only shows your ignorance, the issue is about terrorism not poverty.

Unfortunately that shows how white people view Africans with no dignity
