3 Supplements to Live Forever
Okay, so we don't have the technology for immortality yet. But what we do have are tools to drastically lengthen our life so that we can see the upcoming singularity.
The singularity is the inevitable point in human progress at which our machines become as smart as we are. By that point be very much a part of us. Already our smartphones are becoming extensions of our minds. We'll eventually be implanting computers and nanobots in our bodies and brains to enhance their natural functions. We already are 3D printing functioning human organs. Eventually, we’ll have machines so sophisticated that we’ll essentially be able to back up our minds to the cloud.
All we have to do is wait until the technology, that is developing at an exponential rate, gets to that level.
So what how can we ensure we reach the singularity alive?
Ray Kurzweil, pioneer on the quest for immortality, suggests the following three supplements.
1) Coenzyme Q10: ( Healthy Heart )
The heart is the pump of our blood life force, Coenzyme Q10 helps to repair and strenghten the heart as well as act as a powerful antioxidant.
2) Phosphatidylcholine: ( Healthy Brain )
Drastically increasing brain function and reducing brain centred conditions such as memory loss ,Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety anxiety, and manic-depressive disorders.
3) Vitamin D: ( Healthy Bones )
The sun vitamin, vitamin D is needed to utilize calcium and phosphorus in the body, to promote bone growth, and to maintain bone density.

Who knows, maybe one day we will live forever, but I don't think it's good for humanity and our planet.
Supplements can really make you live longer, mostly because they will provide you the necessary nutrients. They also can prevent you from having different health problems like obesity. In order to avoid it, I take a weight management probiotic, you can click here to find out more about it. And I can tell you that it works because it helps me to support smother digestion.
