Hello friends I hope you are well, surfing the internet I found a title that caught my attention, some fruits get fat and others lose weight, for me the fruits are loaded with benefits for our body and I am not one of the people that fattens so easily, but I also decided to publish about this to share those fruits that get fat or lose weight.

Now that there is truth in this, because consuming fruits is one of the healthiest things, in the list is the banana and in fact it is said that it fattens and you have to consume only half a banana a day, this is false if the banana is not fattening would be consumed daily by athletes. A medium-sized skinless banana weighs around 80 grams, while a medium apple without skin or seeds weighs about 150 grams, the importance of introducing it in the diet is that it is a commendable source of potassium, magnesium and folic acid , so for me it's just a myth that the banana gets fat, they are varied opinions, but mine is that it does not make you fat.
The bananas, persimmons, cherries, cherimoyas, grapes and figs are tasty fruits, sources of vitamins and with very healthy properties, but despite this they are accompanied by the bad reputation that they are caloric and not suitable for a balanced diet, fruits that lose weight is another thing because if we go to diet we always include fruits and we eliminate a lot of things, so my only reality is that the healthiest is to consume fruits and if they help with their properties to burn fat some people is wonderful because apart of that they will be feeding healthy. If, on the other hand, they actually get fat, I do not think they get as fat as eating junk food every day.
