Living in a van!

I have told you how I got here. Now I would like to share with you some of the struggles and enjoyment that comes with Living in a van.

The first struggle is downsizing to Van size. Stand in your space, look around. See all your "stuff". Can you imagine having to choose very little of what you can live with.

I had a 2 bedroom house with a double garage. That A Lot of "stuff". The furniture, pots and pans were easy. Just the linin closet. You can only take 2 towels, 2 facecloths, 2 hand towels. Do you really need a kitchen towel and a hand towel? Hahaha! Just an example. Some mementos went to my daughters. They would go to them anyway.

The hardest I think was my cat, Timmy and my Archie book collection. I had thousands!!!! Both went to good homes.

Scaling down to van size! Needs and wants!
