Stop Dwelling on Shit you Cannot Change.steemCreated with Sketch.

Reflect on the times when you talk about all the shoulda, woulda, couldas. You suddenly fear a sense of frustration or some sort of regret.

This is because life is the sum of all of our decisions up to now.

Yet every time our life goes to shit we constantly ask ourselves "why me"? When in reality, in that moment you made a decision to take action with enough conviction to follow through on it.

We need to realize that not everything will turn out right and make good out of what we have.

Newton's third law says that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This just means that there is good in the bad and bad in the good.

If you find yourself dwelling on the bad shit, realize that it will lead to more shit. Realize that everything in our lives are based on our perceptions of reality. We think something is bad because we relate it to what we think is bad. This is why we question the actions of others while in that person's head, what he/she is doing is completely right.

If you look for the bad you will find it. So why keep looking? Instead, ask yourself: what can I make out of this that will make me come out a better and wiser person?

Let every experience in your life have a benefit to your future.

So what to do when life seems like everything's coming to shit?

Write down "Think of a Solution. There is one.".

When you do something that has a bad outcome, take a deep breath and look at that note. This will program your mind to immediately look for something you can do to help or fix the "problem". Building this habit will pour into all aspects of your life.

You do not want to be at the end of your life thinking about things that could have been.

You want to be there with a complete appreciation of what you've done.

Jim Rohn said it best. "When the end comes to you, let it find you conquering a new mountain, not sliding down an old one."

Simple version of this post: Stop giving a fuck and move on. There are better things to focus on.

Live a life without regret and just do it.
