healthy diet with less sugar is not bad even if you eat more but, junk food we eat in daily life carries so many calories even more than daily need and eventually that extra energy store in to fat tissue. that's make so many complication onward. some skinny people can't be fatty maybe because of their different genetic predisposition like those who don't have bally fat their child also don't have tendency get bally fat.
