Soledad prematura - Premature Loneliness

Hice esta foto como parte de un tarea de la universidad. Como objetivo me pedían crear una foto que diera un impacto al espectador.

Para mí, ésta foto transmite soledad, tristeza, hambre, abandono.

Quise representar con ella la situación que vive mi país actualmente. Para los que no saben, nací y vivo en Venezuela, un país hermoso, con gente cálida y buena.

Tristemente, Venezuela hoy en día vive una situación deplorable, somos víctimas de un gobierno que nos ha empujado a la completa miseria. Un gobierno que en un principio buscaba "acabar con la pobreza del país" y terminó haciendo pobre a más personas.

Para algunos es falso, prefieren hacerse de la vista gorda, pero es completamente real.

Éstas son personas comiendo de la basura, fotos tomadas en las calles de mi país. El presidente y su gabinete argumenta ante ellas diciendo que

"son falsas, son personas actuando, patrocinadas por "El imperio" con el fin de hacer quedar mal al gobierno de turno"

Yo argumento que son reales, yo lo he visto con mis propios ojos, sin la necesidad de que nadie tenga que contarmelo.

Cada día más hogares venezolanos se ven afectados ante esta situación. Familias que han tenido que ir a dormir sin cenar, personas que han ido a trabajar sin un bocado. Y he sido testigo de ésto, algunas veces me ha tocado vivirlo.

No hay nada mas cobarde que no aceptar la verdad ante tus ojos, y que triste cuando alguien no quiere aceptar que ha fallado, y por una vez, dejar de hacer más daño.

Deseo volver a ver el país en el que nací, un país próspero, lleno de vida y alegría. Ojalá y ésto pueda pasar lo mas pronto posible, y que Dios pueda escuchar las plegarias de muchos venezolanos.

I made this photo as part of a college assignment. As an objective they asked me to create a photo that would make an impact on the viewer.

For me, this photo transmits loneliness, sadness, hunger, abandonment.

I wanted to represent with her the situation that my country is currently experiencing. For those who do not know, I was born and live in Venezuela, a beautiful country, with warm and good people.

Sadly, Venezuela today lives a deplorable situation, we are victims of a government that has pushed us to complete misery. A government that initially sought to "end the country's poverty" and ended up making more people poor.

For some this is false, they prefer to turn a blind eye, but it is completely real.

These are people eating from garbage, photos taken in the streets of my country. The president and his cabinet argue before them saying that

"they are false, they are people acting, sponsored by" The Empire "in order to make the current government look bad"

I argue that they are real, I have seen it with my own eyes, without the need for anyone to tell me.

Every day more Venezuelan homes are affected by this situation. Families that have had to go to sleep without dinner, people who have gone to work without a mouthful. And I have witnessed this, sometimes I have to live it.

There is nothing more cowardly than not accepting the truth before your eyes, and what a sad thing when someone does not want to accept that they have failed, and for once, stop doing more damage.

I want to see again the country where I was born, a prosperous country, full of life and joy. Hopefully and this can happen as soon as possible, and that God can hear the prayers of many Venezuelans.
