Ask and Ye Shall Receive: Massive THANK YOU to the STEEM Community! 2/3rd of Goal Raised
Yesterday I wrote a post letting people know I was sort of in a bit of a bind with my current living situation and needed a hand. I laid down to sleep early this morning after staying up the day before stressing only to wake up to my post trending on the front page of Steemit!

This Community is a Foundation to the Future
Not only is it incredible to receive such amazing support from our network in a time of need but it goes to show to everyone on the internet that STEEM takes care of it's own. I may not be an official staff member of Steemit Inc. But I'm certainly an official staff member of STEEM!
My primary goal in the future is to finish development of my current projects and launch the full version of them in order to bring more use and value to our networks tokens.
I hit the top of trending a few days ago, and it feels so good. I find myself wondering if our blog could put a gold border around any posts that topped out. Anyone who's scrolling through our profile could quickly see the most popular ones.
that's a good idea! but it is probably very difficult for me to enjoy it if ever implemented. lol.

Maybe a Gold / Silver / Bronze highlight on posts that ranked in the top 3 trending at any point?

While even though the winter move is going to suck... At the very least now I can start looking at places to move to realistically knowing that I actaully have some of the finances I need to back the move.
Less stress = more productivity. While still a stressful time the whole "not knowing" if I'd be out on the streets was giving me terrible anxiety and crushing my morale. Moving forward and into the city will be a great step for me.
If you want to spend winter somewhere thats not flat out awful (ie, somewhere not in canada) and you can get down here, i have a guest house thats literally sitting empty.
Yes for sure ! Just stay positive! Things usually work out for the best , or just how their meant to be ! Good luck ! I know the feeling im living paycheck to paycheck myself ! One day i will make enough money on steemit and retire to my little property in the country ! It doesnt even have a power shack yet ! Lol ! Thats why all my blogs 100 % steem power up! I've been guilty of all eggs in one basketing before as well. While I do believe STEEM will be incredibly valueable in the future I think with hardfork 16 we may see some serious price declines for the next few months. Not sure how that will
Hey thanks for your last message I really appreciate it (the thread ran out). because you are totally right. I appreciate you looking out for me, especially after the hard fork. @ats-david stats have been helping me a lot. So I used to be all invested to steemit but just sold off mostly all my steem for BTC at the high price (sadly I missed the pump though O_O) before the prices declined like they are now. I will reinvest in steem once I see the bottom. SBD Luckily is more stable that steem so I am happy with holding on to that for the interest it makes ^_^
No worries man. Have to look out for those who look out for you. :)
SBD peg is somewhat reliant on STEEM price.. So with rapidly falling STEEM prices you may also see SBD drop too.
Now.. If you believe it will recover and SBD goes down to lets say 60-70 cents... Buying then with the possibility of a +40% return I would view as a good possible investment.
I'm no pro. But I've been in crypto long enough to pick up a few tricks and tips that I can share. :)

Oh yeah, I guess I didn't really think about that. right now it is at 95-97 cents I think. I do believe steem will drop now to .05-.10 cents.
Thanks for the heads up about SBD, I forgot that it is tied into steem :p definitely going to buy back at bottom, I know steem will go up after the affect of the hardfork wear off.
Got to prepare accordingly to keep my investments stable. naw, you a good amount of knowledge, at least enough to know what your talking about. Thanks again for the reminder of all possibly outcomes ^_^
