This is a really interesting look into procrastination since I myself have struggled with such when it comes to trying to make my own stories and projects. I feel this is quite helpful and have some good points to evaluate one's self to figure out what is the root cause of this procrastination problem? And how to treat ourselves one step at a time to get closer to our goals and dream projects. Indeed also how to live healthier lives physically and mentally. Since sometimes it feels like we can hardly do anything at times or no drawing or writing is good enough, nor do we seem to be getting any healthier and we get stuck in that unhealthy state of mind of not really doing anything and feeling ashamed and guilty in self-loathing.
