Warm Welcome

Today, one of our HR staff has return back to work from her 78 days maternity leave.

Since, she is so loved by us, we prepare something that will surprise her when she go to her desk.

We are so excited to welcome her, before the working time or before the chime.

However, we are then were surprized since she reported late, coz her baby is crying and she needs to breast feed her baby for few minutes.

That is why she did come an hour late, and was so surprised on our welcome treat to her.

Kind of a teary eyed momshie! She really did not expect it.

After the , we all go back to our respective working desk and back to work.

Sometimes, surprising your staff once in a whe gives you more connections and deeper understanding to your co-employee.

It really feels great!
